Primary purpose of the Governance Controller Systems is to:

• To support the governance strategy for the group and drive efficiency, effectiveness and speed in identification of governance & control failures
• Design, develop and entrenching meaningful system driven governance and control monitoring
• Improvement in reporting, tracking and identification of control failures

Key Outputs and Accountabilities

• Provide future focused thought leadership on governance and control processes and system driven continuous monitoring that delivers value to the business by reducing complexity and enabling management to manage effectively by focusing on exceptions detailed, focused and timeous reporting capability enabling a lean and effective governance organisation
