Job Description
We are looking for a Google Workspace / Gmail expert to help resolve an ongoing email deliverability issue. Our emails are being randomly sent to spam, and we need assistance ensuring they reliably reach inboxes.
This is a small, focused project with a $100 budget, but we are looking for someone knowledgeable and efficient who can quickly diagnose the issue and implement best practices.
Scope of Work:
-Review and audit our Google Workspace/Gmail setup.
-Identify why emails are being flagged as spam.
-Check and correct SPF, DKIM, and DMARC settings in GoDaddy.
-Ensure proper domain authentication and DNS configuration.
-Provide clear recommendations to improve deliverability.
-Advise on best practices to ensure patient emails are received.
-Be available for occasional future consultation if the issue isn't resolved.
