Google Tag Manager Setup + Google Ads Campaign Launch Assistance- For Local Business

Hi,
I'm looking for an experienced Google Tag Manager and Google Ads specialist to help me properly set up tracking and launch a new campaign.
Previously, tracking was installed through Google Site Kit by another freelancer. I'm currently redesigning my landing page (it will be ready tomorrow), and I want to ensure that conversion tracking is implemented correctly and that the Google Ads campaign is structured properly from the start.
Specifically, I need help with:
