We are a growing service-based company seeking an experienced Google Sheets expert to build a structured Admin Performance Dashboard with automated weekly and monthly reporting.
This is not a basic spreadsheet project. We need someone who understands:
KPI dashboards
Operational tracking
Revenue metrics
Booking rate calculations
AR monitoring
Automation and clean reporting
The goal is to transform our existing End-of-Day (EOD) tracking sheet into a structured system that:
Captures daily admin activity
Automatically aggregates data weekly
Automatically aggregates data monthly
Provides a clean KPI dashboard for ownership visibility
Scope of Work
You will:
Rebuild / Refine the Current Google Sheet
Create a structured system including:
Daily EOD entry tab (row-based logging)
Weekly Summary tab (auto-calculated)
Monthly Summary tab (auto-calculated)
KPI Dashboard tab
