Google Ads optimisation

We own and operate multiple hospitality venues in regional NSW, Australia, including pubs with bars, bistro dining, events, and accommodation. We are looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to manage and optimise campaigns to increase bookings, foot traffic, and accommodation occupancy.
This is an ongoing role for the right person.
Objectives
We want to drive measurable ROI through Google Ads, including:
Bistro bookings and dining traffic
Accommodation bookings (Google Hotel Ads + Search) - Not built yet though important in future.

Local awareness and near me searches
High-intent searches such as:
