Overview
We're looking for a senior Google Ads specialist to audit, fix, and scale an existing lead-gen Google Ads account to increase qualified inbound calls from ~6/day to 20/day. This is not a set it and forget it role—we need someone who can quickly diagnose what's broken, implement a clean structure, and optimize toward measurable call outcomes.
Success Metrics (What Winning Looks Like)
Increase qualified calls from ~6/day → 20/day (primary KPI)
Improve cost per qualified call while scaling volume
Accurate tracking + clean attribution (calls, forms, keywords, search terms)
Clear weekly reporting with actions taken + next steps
