Golf Course Superintendent

Job Requirement:

• Oversee daily golf course maintenance and ensure optimal turf conditions
• Supervise and train grounds keeping staff
• Plan and mange irrigation, Fertilization, and pest control programs
• Monitor course playability and safety standards
• Coordinate with management for tournaments and special events
• Prepare budgets and control maintenance expenses
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
• Inspect equipment and schedule repairs or replacements
• Maintain inventory of suppliers and materials
• Communicate regularly with golf operations and management teams
