Overview


Golf Course Marshals patrol the golf course to ensure the pace of play is kept up so golfers don’t have to wait long periods of time between shots. They assist and answer golfers’ questions or concerns, and report maintenance issues and emergencies to the maintenance department as needed.

Job Duties

  • Monitors the pace of place and reduces distractions (Essential)
  • Locates and protects errant golf balls (Essential)
  • Sets up the course in the morning (Essential)
  • Communicates with residents and guests of the golf course in a friendly and courteous manner (Essential)
  • Promotes safety and enjoyment of the spectators (Essential)
