Drive gold loan business through the distributor network and digital app platform.Identify, onboard, and activate distributors, DSAs, and channel partners.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.Develop strategies to increase sourcing and customer acquisition.Distributor & Partner Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.Conduct regular training sessions and product briefings for partners.Ensure partner engagement and productivity enhancement.Resolve distributor queries and operational issues promptly.Operations & Process Management
Coordinate with operations and credit teams for seamless loan processing.Ensure smooth onboarding and disbursal processes through the app.Monitor TATs, application status, and customer experience metrics.
