What you’ll do: Design, build, and maintain highly scalable and resilient backend services using Go. Develop event‑driven, distributed systems leveraging Kafka and g RPC. Own and evolve acquired codebases: integrate them into Valsea’s platform and expand their capabilities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that deliver real product value. Contribute to architectural decisions and continuously evolve our backend stack with new tools and best practices. Build and maintain back‑office APIs and admin tooling that internal teams and operators rely on. Strengthen observability, monitoring, and alerting to ensure systems operate reliably under production load. Troubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, and proactively drive improvements. Share knowledge with teammates and help raise the technical bar across the team.
