Go High Level

We are looking for a detail-oriented Solar Lead-to-Quote Coordinator to manage the end-to-end process of converting solar bird proofing leads into accurate, professional quotes within a 24-hour turnaround. This role follows a defined SOP and requires hands-on work in Go High Level (GHL), aerial measurement tools, and document preparation to ensure every lead is quoted correctly and tracked accurately in the CRM.

Key Responsibilities / Duties
A. Lead Management & CRM Updates
-Monitor and manage new solar bird proofing leads in Go High Level (GHL)
-Review and qualify lead details and create opportunities in the CRM pipeline
-Ensure all leads are worked in the correct order, starting with the oldest
-Update CRM records, notes, job status, and pipeline stages accurately

B. Measurement & Quote Preparation
-Measure solar panel lineal metres using aerial mapping tools (Metromap)
-Capture clear screenshots showing the measured solar panel areas
