Being an active member of the team connecting the initiatives and strategies of all South America, connecting all points and being fundamental for projects and processes in sales admin and Commercial Policies.

**KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Maintain an in-depth understanding of all commercial policies across the region and clearly explain their rationale, strategy, and calculations, driving benchmarking, standardization, and continuous improvement across South America.
+ Evaluate current commercial policies and incentive plans across the region with the goal of implementing a competitive, effective, and aligned South America strategy.
+ Support the sales incentive design cycle from concept to deployment for all teams under variable incentive plans across countries and channels.
