GM Strategy

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities, expansions, joint ventures, and greenfield / brownfield projects.
• Lead financial evaluation of new projects and ventures.
• Prepare feasibility studies, business cases, and financial models for new initiatives and investments.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and expansions through due diligence and integration planning.
• Conduct risk assessments and scenario analyses for new investments.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA / CA / ACCA / CFA with minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate planning, or new project development, preferably in large / diversified groups.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with ability to drive change and manage complex initiatives.
