Job Description:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize textile manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and production targets
  • Oversee daily operations across weaving, dyeing, finishing, and quality control to ensure timely and high-quality output
  • Identify and drive initiatives for cost reduction, process efficiency, and productivity improvements
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and occupational health & safety policies
