1. According to the overseas development strategy of the group, organize and formulate the administrative

management, human resources work planning, and institutional process management norms of the Thai

company.

2. Implement the human resources planning of the Thai company, including talent introduction, talent

assessment and performance improvement, talent development, personnel structure, salary and welfare and

team building.

3. Regularly provide senior decision-makers with special suggestions on human resources, organizational

construction, performance management, administrative management, etc. in Thailand and provide

comprehensive resource information support such as administrative and human resources for the company’s

major decisions.
