Job Summary

An experienced IT and Service Architecture Specialist is required to provide comprehensive application production support through proactive system monitoring, timely incident troubleshooting and effective resolution of service requests in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).


The ideal candidate will have a solid foundational knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and business-to-business (B2B) / Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes. Familiarity with EDI standards such as X12 and/or EDIFACT, experience working with XML, SaaS platforms, enterprise messaging systems (EMS), Unix/Linux operational knowledge complemented by scripting skills to assist in automation tasks.
