Job Description

Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company, seeks a Proposal Engineer to develop technical and commercial proposals for industrial and high-tech water treatment projects. You will define scope, prepare BOQ and cost estimates, and align with EPC/EPCM execution models.

You will collaborate with GCs, EPCs, and internal stakeholders to craft compliant, value-driven bids and ensure a smooth handover from proposal to execution.
