Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Director to provide overarching TA strategic leadership for International Markets, enabling Regional Medical Leads (RMLs) and regional leads across Europe, APAC and INTERCON. You will translate global TA strategy into regional direction and lead evidence generation including RWE.

The role requires an advanced medical degree with 15+ years in bio-pharma, strong cross-cultural communication, and proven matrix leadership capabilities in Oncology/Haematology
