Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Actively involved in post-sales and pre-sales solution support activities.
  • Perform demonstration of proof of concepts (PoC), installation, homologation testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training for customers abroad or remotely.
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve the technical issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis of issues.
  • Contribution to knowledge base of the team.
  • Preparation of technical documentation for customers.
  • Provide status and resolution communication to internal and external stakeholders.


Experience and Personal Skills:

  • Work Experience: 2 to 3 Years.
  • Education: Engineering degree (B.E./ B. Tech.)
  • Experience in a technical support role with an equipment manufacturer or systems integrator for multi-vendor solution is an advantage.
