Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Actively involved in post-sales and pre-sales solution support activities.
- Perform demonstration of proof of concepts (PoC), installation, homologation testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training for customers abroad or remotely.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve the technical issues.
- Perform root cause analysis of issues.
- Contribution to knowledge base of the team.
- Preparation of technical documentation for customers.
- Provide status and resolution communication to internal and external stakeholders.
Experience and Personal Skills:
- Work Experience: 2 to 3 Years.
- Education: Engineering degree (B.E./ B. Tech.)
- Experience in a technical support role with an equipment manufacturer or systems integrator for multi-vendor solution is an advantage.
