Job Title: International Recruiter
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive recruiter to support our high-volume recruiting operations. As an international recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and pre-qualifying candidates for U. S. clients.
This is a fully remote role that offers daily exposure to the U. S. market and clear growth opportunities in recruitment.
About The Role You will source talent through job boards and resume databases, conduct initial screenings via calls, emails, and messages.
Responsibilities: Maintain updated databases (ATS) by uploading candidate profiles after completing screening processes with respective job postings uploaded on various platforms maintained as one single database viewable at backend prior applications being assigned based upon said assignment step finalizing each priority ordering per departments queue re-checking timing opening enough time jobs finalized closing Candidates Pass successfully passed also ...
