The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, data analytics, and overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes. Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must, along with proficiency in English at B2+ to C1 level.
