  • Respond to queries accurately and in a timely manner

  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate answers or services for all tickets

  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and colleagues in a polite and helpful manner

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration is preferred
