  • Support MTP, Forecasting and Budgeting for OPS Global with the focus Supply Chain (inventories, demand planning, capacity planning etc.)
  • Lead and further develop supply Chain reporting on a global level
  • Develop financial scenarios for Supply Chain initiatives, e.g. network/storage and stock level optimization
  • Support OPS function in evaluating depth of production, technological vs. economic benefits
  • Develop methods for better supply chain reporting and performance tracking
  • Develop a set of KPIs to drive performance of individual supply chain departments and give guidance for the future set-up
  • Develop an early warning system regarding supply chain KPIs => In line with SC Processes&Performance function
  • Develop together with controllers and supply chain colleagues counter measures of plant deviations and follow up to ensure implementation
