Role Overview

The Solutions Architect converts specific requirements into an architecture and design that will become the blueprint for globally deployed solutions. The Architect provides guidance to Sales, Product Management, Segment Experts, Local Development, Professional Services, and Customer Care teams throughout the solution life cycle across our Care, Cure, and Enterprise segments.
