Job Description

The role requires close collaboration with corporate functions such as ESG, OPEX, Quality, Procurement, Communications, and R&D-PSD, as well as with Site Managers, Business Managers, and external stakeholders including auditors and supply chain partners. This strategic position carries significant influence and responsibility in driving consistency and excellence in SHE practices worldwide. Develop and implement a global SHE policy and long-term strategy aligned with business objectives.· Define standards for process safety, occupational health, behavioral safety, and environmental impact reduction.
