In this role within Long View's Integrated Global Services team, you will address client IT and communication needs promptly. Responsibilities include logging issues, analyzing symptoms, and escalating incidents when required. You’ll also focus on improving service processes while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document issues submitted by clients accurately
• Analyze issues and provide timely resolutions
• Dispatch escalated incidents to Tier II support
• Manage incident lifecycle diligently
• Look for opportunities to improve service delivery
Requirements:
• 2+ years in a technical support or help desk role
• Excellent communication skills in a professional setting
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and procedural challenges
