Global Senior Director, Endpoint Operations

Description

Reporting to the Vice President of End User Services, the Global Senior Directo​rfor Endpoint Operations will have end-to-end responsibility for all aspects of Delivery of End Point services to all Unisys Digital Workplace Solutions clients. The role includes overseeing the UEM platform, Seamless Collaboration platform, managing diverse device ecosystems, and ensuring security and compliance across all endpoints as contracted. This senior position plays a critical role in providing support to customers and bringing innovation and new technologies in alignment with business goals. The leader will partner with other areas within Unisys including senior leadership across Unisys, customer-facing teams, vendors and Go-To-Market teams. The role involves leading a team globally collaborating with various stakeholders to implement innovative cost-saving solutions and optimize endpoint management strategies globally.
