Global Senior Director role to establish and maintain a global framework for efficient, timely project delivery that supports broader business unit objectives while mitigating operational and financial risks within an outsourced regional delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of multiple project vendors (engineering, delivery, design) and serve as the primary escalation point for vendor performance.
• Manage sourcing, reporting, and ensure all vendors are fully aligned with organizational objectives, internal policies, risk guidelines, and regional laws.
• Define and implement a consistent delivery strategy and framework—including engineering standards, supplier strategies, construction approaches, and internal vs. external management—to support a seamless Regional Delivery model.
