Job Description

Overview

This role is responsible for supporting the Sales agenda and is chiefly responsible for (but not limited to) extracting information and data from our sales reporting systems and supporting KAMs with sales-related activities. The individual will be responsible for creating reports by channels, categories and customers, as well as maintaining the customer database.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with data collection and preparation for Sales-related activities, including historical data by channel and customer.
  • Support Sales activities by collecting, validating, and organizing customer account information required for operational processes.
  • Support KAMs by updating and validating basic customer information ( contact details, segmentation attributes, channel and size), following defined procedures and approvals.
