  • Define and maintain the global reward policy, principles and governance standards. Ensure all Business Units operate within clear guardrails while retaining the flexibility to design solutions suited to their markets.
  • Provide global management of annual and long-term incentive programs (STI & LTI), ensuring regulatory alignment and acting as primary advisor to the Board of Directors.
  • Develop, review and implement the corporate frameworks for employee incentives: support business units in designing compliant, effective local programs.
  • Lead annual salary review and bonus cycles, ensuring strong alignment with talent strategy, budgets, and company policies.
  • Own global job architecture and grading methodology (KornFerry), drive global C&B frameworks, and support benchmarking and local adaptation. Lead the development and delivery of global employee compensation structures and benefits programs.
