**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will develop and monitor KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) to measure and identify opportunities to improve reliability performance of all Linde production facilities worldwide
- You will also analyse data and information from multiple sources to recommend, design and justify life-cycle cost and reliability improvement projects and initiatives
- Lead or participate in onsite reliability assessments by engaging with teams of SMEs, regional reliability personnel, and local operations
- Support regional operations/reliability organizations with implementation of strategic equipment reliability programs
- You will assist SHEQ, operations, and reliability in developing and implementing the Asset Integrity Management (AIM) standard for all facilities
