Planate Management Group (PMG) is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor/Cost Estimator for working in Subic Bay Freeport Zone. You will support cost planning, take-offs, and cost control across project phases.

You will analyze bids, prepare BOQs, monitor costs, and collaborate with engineers, procurement, and site teams. Proficiency in Bluebeam, Plan Swift, and scheduling tools is preferred.
