Overview

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Claims Adjuster for their operations based in Saltillo, Coahuila. This role involves investigating and settling claims to ensure satisfaction for clients and FM General. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry. This position requires excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to manage client consultations and negotiations effectively. The Claims Adjuster will be responsible for ensuring smooth claim processes and must be willing to travel internationally as needed.
