Role Summary
As part of our Global Lean Management Team, you share responsibility for the development and implementation of the Lean strategy for the Life Science & Environment division of MANN+HUMMEL GmbH and report to the Director Global Production LSE.

Planning and implementing the Lean strategy for the Life Science & Environment divisionEnsuring Operational Excellence and its contribution to day-to-day businessDeveloping and delivering training as well as coaching for managers and Lean expertsEstablishing and actively managing value stream development across the plantsStandardizing and sustainably embedding Lean principles and Lean tools, as well as continuously improving themLeading, facilitating, and following up on workshopsDeveloping and conducting Lean assessments at the plantsYour Profile
