Global Production Controller_Washington_DC

SHINE Systems is seeking a Global Production Controller to support an Intelligence Community customer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient processing and tracking of facility maintenance requests while providing exceptional customer service across the Facilities enterprise. This role supports global facilities operations by coordinating maintenance requests, managing project documentation, and ensuring accurate reporting and communication across multiple stakeholders and systems.

Responsibilities:

+ Receive customer maintenance requests through CMMS, email, telephone, or other methods and accurately enter requests into the CMMS

+ Review maintenance requests to ensure all required information is complete and accurate

+ Obtain missing information from requestors, facilitators, facility managers, or building managers as needed
