Position Summary
The Global Product Manager (GPM) is responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of assigned industrial product lines across global markets. This role integrates voice of the customer, market insights, and competitive dynamics to define and execute product strategies that deliver differentiated value. It serves as a player/coach, leading cross‑functional efforts and owning a defined portion of the industrial portfolio. The GPM manages a direct Product Manager and an indirect Marketing Manager, and operates within OEM‑driven environments, overseeing the product lifecycle from concept through commercialization and beyond.
