THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Senior Retail Buyer, you play a critical role in strategically sourcing and delivering retail materials and activations, ensuring alignment with brand standards while optimizing cost, quality, and speed to market across global retail execution.

You will be reporting to Director, Global Retail Procurement, and you will manage:

  • Category Leadership & Strategy Execution:
  • Lead the development and implementation of global retail category strategies

  • Gather supplier and business insights to inform strategy for GWP, uniforms and collateral

  • Incorporate sourcing, tariffs, risks, innovation and cost targets into category plans

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across Marketing, MMS, Finance and Supply
