Global Procurement Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join as a Global Procurement Analyst. This role will be based in the Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

What we will count on you

• Drives compliance to GSP sourcing guidelines;
• Assists stakeholders purchase indirect goods and services while coordinating with Vendors and ensure value for every dollar spent by the organization;
• Reviews Purchase Requisition (PR) submitted by internal stakeholders and validates information;
• Converts PR to Purchase Order (PO) after review;
• Take complete ownership of the request across the PR-PO lifecycle; There can be multiple dependencies on other teams and stakeholders while converting a PR-PO. This role should do all necessary follow ups and ensure that PO is sent to supplier on time, with the right information;
