Global Process Owner, Record to Report

• The Global Process Owner, Record to Report will lead R2R processes (asset and inventory accounting and general ledger) and drive end-to-end integration at Neste's Finance Center of Excellence in Espoo, Finland.
• They will manage and standardize digital, scalable finance processes, drive automation and continuous improvement, define process metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• The role requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance, a minimum of five years' experience in finance or business transformation, R2R and IFRS expertise, and familiarity with finance IT systems such as SAP FICO, Anaplan and HFM.
• Applications are due by August 10th, 2026, the position is hybrid with at least three days a week in the office, and Finland-based employees receive benefits like a personnel fund, occupational healthcare and leisure activity support.
