Your responsibilities

• Optimize and standardize manufacturing processes globally
• Analyze current process flows and propose improvements
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Lead cross-functional project teams and collaborate internationally
• Provide technical support to local production teams
• Ensure alignment with PSS global production standards

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing/engineering environments
• In-depth knowledge of process improvement techniques
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work across cultures
