Job Description
AI Enablement & Digital Transformation
- Support the PROX Lead and project team in initiatives related to AI, automation, and digital tools that aim to improve People Services delivery and user experience.
- Assist in identifying simple people-services use cases suitable for automation, self-service, or AI support, based on recurring inquiries and operational challenges.
- Participate in pilots, user acceptance testing (UAT), and rollout activities for digital or AI-enabled solutions.
- Support preparation of basic documentation, user guides, and adoption materials.
- Assist with change activities such as team communications, content updates, and user support during transitions.
