Overview

This role reports to the Vice President, Global People Operations.The People Operations Analyst supports the People function by ensuring accurate employee data, supporting core HR processes, and delivering foundational reporting and analysis. This role is designed for an early-career professional with strong attention to detail and an interest in using data to improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Support People Operations projects across HR systems, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, talent development, compensation, and time & labor, including system upgrades, maintenance, configurations, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Generate and maintain standard People reporting and dashboards; support ad hoc data requests as needed.
  • Collect, document, and validate functional data requirements for People systems and processes.
