Global Payroll Transition Specialist 

We are looking for a Global Payroll Transition Specialist based in Portugal to support and oversee the successful transition of client payrolls from incumbent payroll providers to our payroll ecosystem across multiple countries.
This role is focused on execution oversight and delivery assurance. You will not configure payroll systems or run payrolls directly. Instead, you will ensure that payroll teams, local providers, and internal stakeholders complete all transition activities accurately, on time, and in line with agreed quality standards.
You will act as the day-to-day transition owner, coordinating activities, tracking progress, managing risks, and providing clear status updates to clients and internal teams throughout the transition lifecycle.
