Global Order Fulfillment Programs Lead

Lam Research is seeking a seasoned Senior Operations/Program Manager to drive escalation containment and cross-functional delivery for our Malaysia site in Batu Kawan. The role focuses on end-to-end escalation management, cross-site coordination, and readiness for new plant integration and logistics transitions.

You will lead multi-site program management, partner with planning and operations teams, and guide leadership through complex escalations in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
