Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Global HRIS Integration Lead to join our team. Reporting to the Global HRIS Leader, this role will be instrumental in developing adoption strategies, business concepts, and technical capabilities for delivering solutions in the Integrations area. In this exciting and challenging role, the incumbent will have direct responsibility for leading a team of offshore resources. The Global HRIS Integration Lead is responsible for developing processes for integrating HR applications data with other systems/vendors. This role should articulate guidelines, principles and best practices in integration design. This role will be responsible for end to end implementation of the integration solutions that successfully move and integrate HR related data among various organizations and vendor systems.
