TOA Global is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee workflow, operations, and people for an accounting firm. You will own day-to-day delivery, support the offshore team, and ensure smooth operations aligned with SLAs.

You’ll drive continuous improvement, manage escalations, and foster a high-performing environment focused on people, integrity and confidentiality. Onsite role with a stable day shift in the Philippines.
