Global Operational Excellence Engineer

Overview

Develop a culture of continuous improvement by acting as a leader and expert in Operational Excellence, guiding and supporting OpEx teams and all employees in the implementation of lean tools, standards, kaizen projects and problem-solving solutions, in order to eliminate wastes, optimize processes and ensure the achievement of strategic objectives, across all sites and global scale.

Responsibilities

• Act as an expert and reference contributing expertise in the successful implementation of BRP management system and all its elements.
• Develop and improve guidelines, policies, programs, processes, and procedures, requiring comprehensive analysis and understanding of the area.
• Serve as a facilitator and coach, ensuring the effective application of Lean Manufacturing.
• Promote lean thinking, driving cultural transformation and fostering continuous improvement.
