Hussmann is seeking an experienced Program Manager in La Ciénega, Mexico, to lead multi-regional teams ensuring project success within budget and specified quality.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of project leadership experience and a technical bachelor’s degree. Responsibilities include managing NPI projects, driving process improvements, and effective team collaboration.

Fluency in English and Spanish, along with relevant project management certification, is required.
