Within this role, you will be responsible for the entire process for international hires, expat assignments and relocations. You guarantee smooth and compliant policies and processes for our talents, to make sure they have a soulful experience. You provide advice to our HR team and your stakeholders within the entire organisation. This matches you as structured global mobility specialist. For 40 hours per week, you:

  • Oversee processes related to immigration, tax support, flights, accommodation, schooling and family support services, in cooperation with our relocation party
  • Analyze and translate data, track exceptions and act upon by analyzing how we can optimize current policies and processes or create new ones
  • Ensure deliverables are compliant with legislation and meet technical and departmental standards
