Global Mobility Professional - Assignment Expert

Key responsibilities

As a Global Mobility Professional, you will provide strategic guidance and subject-matter expertise on international assignments, supporting business and HR stakeholders in the planning, execution, and governance of cross-border mobility solutions. The role operates at a senior advisory level, addressing complex and high-impact cases within a global organizational context. You will act as a key interface between the business, P&O, Assignment Services operations, and relevant internal and external partners.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide strategic consulting on international assignments, including Home/Host-based delegations, Project Assignments, Foreign Local Hiring, and alternative mobility approaches.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders on existing and upcoming assignments within the assigned scope.
